Studio Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling without charge.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no shows may incur a $40 fee.

If you're unwell, please notify me by 9 am or as soon as possible. We can discuss rescheduling or switching to an online lesson.

Online Lesson Option: If you're unable to attend in person for any reason, you can switch to an online lesson. Online lessons can cover exercises, theory, song selection, and other essential vocal training. Please let me know at least 1 hour before the lesson if you'd like to switch to online.

Sick or Illness

If you're feeling sick, please notify me as early as possible. Avoid singing if you have a sore throat to prevent strain.

Payment Policy

Payment is due on the day of the lesson (for in-person lessons) or in advance (for online lessons).

Invoices are available upon request.

Punctuality

Lessons begin at the appointed time. Please arrive 5 minutes early to prepare for your lesson.

For online lessons, be ready 5 minutes before your scheduled lesson time.

Please avoid arriving too early, as there is no waiting area inside apart from the studio.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened lesson time to avoid disrupting the schedule.

Missed Payments

Missed payments will result in the suspension of future lessons until cleared.
​
Teaching Period
-
Lessons are usually held during the Victorian school terms.
-
No lessons will be held during Victorian school holidays or public holidays, unless pre-arranged.

Photo/Video Consent

Photos or videos may be taken during lessons for promotional purposes. Inform me if you do not want to be featured.

All media will be used respectfully and solely for Dots Singing content.​
